We offer a 30-day return policy for unwashed, unworn items only. You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process for your order, please contact us by sending an email to: elena@mybeebear.com. Provide your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before sending any items.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, posting the refund may take additional time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us at elena@mybeebear.com.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain personal use items (e.g., opened underwear) may not be returnable. Please contact us if you are unsure about a specific item. Clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
