Shipping Information
Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous U.S.
Expedited Shipping:
2-business day shipping is available for orders within the contiguous U.S., with fees calculated at checkout.
Fulfillment Time:
Standard fulfillment times apply to all orders, including 2-business day orders.
Additional Shipping Fees:
For orders outside the contiguous U.S. and international orders, additional fees will apply. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
When will my order be processed?
Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. Most orders, including those with 2-business day or expedited shipping, typically ship within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed.
During periods of high order volume, fulfillment time may be extended.
If your order contains partner products, these may ship separately and may be subject to different processing and shipping times.
Additional Verification:
You may be asked to verify additional information if your order is flagged by our system. We are not responsible for delays if an order has been flagged.

How long does shipping take?
For destinations within the contiguous U.S., orders typically take 2-10 business days to arrive after being shipped, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders usually take 2-5 business days to be fulfilled. If personalization is required, please allow an additional 7-10 business days. Occasional carrier delays may occur, which are beyond our control. We do not guarantee shipping or delivery dates.
Partner products may ship directly from the vendor and may take longer. Refer to individual product details for more information.
Please expect longer delivery times for Hawaii, Alaska, and international locations.
Tracking Your Order
Where can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Due to possible carrier delays, please allow up to 10 business days for your package to be scanned in transit.
Missing Packages
What if my package says delivered but I haven’t received it?
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please confirm the shipping address and check nearby areas or with neighbors where it could have been dropped off.
Carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely. Please wait 5 business days after the delivery notice. If the package hasn’t arrived by then, contact our customer service team no later than 10 days after the delivery date, and we’ll assist you in finding a solution.
